The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC):A trade bloc created by an agreement signed in 1981 by the Persian Gulf states of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

United Arab Emirates (UAE):
An oil-rich Middle Eastern federation of seven states including Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Khamah, Sharjah and Umm al-Quwain on the southeast tip of Saudi Arabia.
